The former Lagos State Commissioner of Police and renowned critic, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav, has passed on at age 81. His Personal Assistant, Torkuma Uke, who confirmed his death at the Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi, on Monday afternoon, said Tsav’s family may likely issue release of his departure later on Monday. Tsav served as a Federal Commissioner of Public Complaint Commission in Benue State for a term and was also the Lagos State Commissioner of Police.
