• Commuters stranded
The #EndSARS protesters have, Monday, shut down the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa in Ikeja area of the state in continuation of the nationwide peaceful protest.
The protesters did not only lock all the entrances to the secretariat, they also denied workers access into the premises.
While Ikeja protest is currently on the move, other areas like Amuwo-Odofin, Ajegunle, Awolowo Road, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, LASU Road, Ikorodu Road, and Egbe-Idimu have joined the bandwagon this Monday morning.
Workers are stuck and commuters are gradually getting used to being stranded in Lagos State. This, however, may not deter the protesters who are bent on their resolves until the government grants their requests to bring to book all the SARS men who killed, tortured, kidnapped and extorted citizens then compensate families of the victims among others.
