Lagos State has recorded two hundred and fifty (250) cases out of six hundred and forty-nine (649) new cases of Coronavirus infections in the country.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this disclosure through its official twitter handle on Wednesday night.
It stated that the total number of confirmed infections recorded in Nigeria is now 22,020 with 7,613 discharged persons and 542 deaths respectively.
Today, June 24, 2020, 649 new confirmed cases and 9 deaths were recorded nationwide.
The 649 new cases were recorded from 21 states and the FCT, with Lagos accounting for the highest number of infections for the day with 250 cases. Oyo state comes second on the list with 100 cases.
