Purple Lekki and Ventures Park announced earlier this month that both companies have entered into a strategic partnership for an iconic private office / co-working space within the upcoming Purple Lekki Development. The joint venture will serve as more than an office, but a tech incubation hub enabling entrepreneurs, freelancers, and brilliant minds,  with shared attitudes, interests, and goals to express their creativity, collaborate and position themselves for investment opportunities in a conducive co-working space.

This alliance amplifies Purple’s track record of partnering with established industry leaders to deliver robust lifestyle experiences in its mixed-use centers.  For the Purple Lekki Development, the developers have reunited with their long term collaborators Genesis Cinemas a leading entertainment services provider; Market square, a hugely successful domestic grocery and supermarket; Introduced Citadines to the Nigerian Market, and now working with Ventures Park to establish a serene, enabling innovative entrepreneurship hub, to ensure that Purple Lekki will deliver a truly mixed-use offering to customers thus bringing to life their promise to provide a “Work.Shop.Eat.Play.Drink.Live” lifestyle.

Purple Lekki’s mixed-use facility commits to giving users unique all-inclusive lifestyle experiences and the alliance with Ventures Park covers the co-working / office focus, offering affordable standardized workspaces and convenience to entrepreneurs and businesses in the area. More importantly, the alliance is hoping to incubate a burgeoning hub for tech and innovation in the heart of Lekki, fostering collaboration, and building a sustainable new ecosystem for Nigerians.

Laide Agboola, CEO of Purple group, stated at the Purple Lekki Tour that “Through this dynamic partnership, we’re bringing one of the most important and significant-tech hubs to Lekki while solidifying our mixed-use offering in our Purple Lekki facility,” said Laide Agboola the CEO of Purple Group.

“This partnership provides us with the opportunity to scale the Ventures Park Magic to the city of Lagos. Startup founders/entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, freelancers, tech and non-tech talents in and around Lekki will now have a community that will provide 360-degree support for them to thrive”, said Jayeola Okuazun, GM of ventures Park.

Purple Lekki will be opening at the end of 2022.

About Purple Lekki
