Man arrested with Locally Made Gun, 25 Cartridges in Lagos

A suspect, Oladimeji Hassan has been arrested by security operatives over possession of weapons in the Berger area of Lagos State.

Hassan, aged 27 was arrested by police officers of Ojodu Division on Tuesday.

Confirming his arrest, the Lagos State Police Command in a terse post on its “X” page noted that investigation had commenced.

It said: “Oladimeji Hassan ‘m’ aged 27 was arrested at Berger earlier today by officers of Ojodu Division.

“After he was searched and found with a locally made gun and twenty five live cartridges. Investigation is ongoing.”
