The Luxury Network Nigeria (TLN), YD Company, FashionEVO, The Art Exential, and Atlantic Exhibition, joined forces to present a stunning showcase of African art through the ‘NOVUS’ Group Exhibition at the Africa Creative Market (ACM) 2024. Held from September 17th-20th at the Landmark Event Center in Victoria Island, Lagos, ACM 2024 marked an unforgettable celebration of African creativity and luxury. Curated by The Art Exential, this exclusive exhibition highlighted the continent’s rich cultural heritage and boundless creativity. The showcase featured 12 contemporary African artists– Akinsola Olalekan, Ambali Omotayo, Azeez Salami, Bali Audu, Deji Ogunnubi, Femi Adeleke, Fortune Adenekan, Greg Onyeka, James Afolabi, Nasir Adamu, Obajuluwa Oluwasegun, and Olayemi Olalekan– each presenting unique perspectives of African identity and creativity.
‘NOVUS’ demonstrated Africa’s boundless talent through a vibrant mix of visual storytelling and modern expression, offering luxury enthusiasts and collectors an opportunity to witness the innovation driving Africa’s art scene. Luxury aficionados at ACM 2024 were also treated to the highly anticipated FashionEVO Fashion Show and Awards, a highlight of the event that showcased the intersection of luxury, style, and innovation. Led by Dr. Yetty Ogunnubi, Founder of FashionEVO and TLN partner, the show celebrated the finest in African fashion, honoring designers pushing the boundaries of global fashion with their exquisite collections.
