The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has, Wednesday, urged vehicles to connect Ketu, Mile12 and Ikorodu to continue towards Alapere and make a U-turn at Ogudu bridge.
This is sequel to road works ongoing by Julius Berger on the service lane at the Ojota Interchange linking Ojota Bridge in Tollgate.
As announced on its Twitter handle, it says the road has been cordoned off at three major points.
“Vehicles coming from Motorways trying to descend to connect Ketu, Mile12 and Ikorodu should continue towards Alapere and either make a U-turn at Ogudu Bridge or Ifako Bridge to continue their journey either through inner Alapere or descending to Tipper towards Ketu,” it enjoined.
Whereas, those enroute Ikorodu from Maryland and Ojota are advised to continue their journey on the main carriageway to their destination.
LASTMA further apologised to road users for the inconvenience. “All inconveniences regretted”.
