The Lagos Panel of Inquiry has on Friday requested that the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola be invited to aid investigations into the October 20 shootings of #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Tollgate.
The investigation is to help unravel the incidence that allegedly claimed the lives of unarmed #EndSARS protesters by some military personnel.
This was noted on Friday November 27 by the counsel to #EndSARS protesters, Adesina Ogunlana before the Lagos Panel on Restitution for Victims of SARS and Related Abuses while cross examining the MD of Lekki Concession Company (LCC), Abayomi Omonuwa.
In his request, Ogunlana suggested that Fashola be invited to come and explain what happened to the camera he reportedly found at the Lekki Toll plaza during his visit to the gate days after the incidence.
