Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has, today, directed all worship centres to reopen fully for daily operations in the state.
Sanwo-Olu announced the approval during a briefing in Lagos on Saturday.
He said that churches can resume weekday services, while mosques can also resume their scheduled daily prayers.
He, however, warned that the safety protocols released by the government must be strictly adhered to.
Worship centres in the state has been shut since March as part of measures to contain the spread of COVID-19.
Sanwo-Olu had on August 7 allowed mosques and churches to commence their Friday and Sunday services only.
