…17 Deaths recorded in one day across the country
Lagos State has recorded two hundred (200) cases out of five hundred and sixty-one (561) new cases of Coronavirus infections in the country.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this disclosure through its official twitter handle on Tuesday night.
It stated that the total number of confirmed coronavirus infections recorded in Nigeria is now 25,694 with 9,746 discharged persons and 590 deaths respectively.
On the 30th of June, 2020, 561 new confirmed cases and 17 deaths were recorded across the country.
The new cases were recorded from 18 states and the FCT, with Lagos State accounting for the highest number of infections for the day with 200 cases, followed closely by Edo State- 119 cases.
