Aviation workers in Lagos are joining their counterparts across the country, today, to protest on welfare issues and alleged rot in the system.
The coalition made up of the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE), Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN) and Association of Nigeria Aviation Professionals (ANAP), will hold peaceful rallies as part of measures to draw attention to their plight.
According to them, the decision to embark on rallies became necessary following the government’s non-commitment to addressing the issues.
