The Lagos State Government has, Tuesday, discharged 29 COVID-19 patients including five foreign nationals, from its isolation centres after testing negative for COVID-19.
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, divulged this in a statement on Tuesday July 21 this year.
Among the 29 patients, the governor continued, were seven females and 22 males, including five foreign nationals.
Adding, he said, “They were discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society after fully recovering.”
These patients are from five areas including, Gbagada, Agidingbi, Eti-Osa (LandMark), Onikan, and Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital Isolation Centres.
He advised, “Don’t be caught off guard. Take responsibility against COVID-19 by wearing face masks, observing physical distancing, practicing hand hygiene and use of multivitamin to support your immune system.”
The governor further urged residents that to stop community spread of the virus begins with them. “Let’s stay safe”.
