In a bid to commemorate the global Hepatitis Day, the Lagos State Government is screening the city residents for Hepatitis B and C from Tuesday till Thursday.
Announcement via his social media handles, the city’s health commissioner Professor Akin Abayomi, said that the screening would hold at the General Hospital in the Lagos Island area of the state.
He also appealed to Lagosians to also visit the centre to donate blood to the hospital’s blood bank.
