Leading Electrical Company Chint Donates 10,000 Preventive Masks To Paelon Memorial Hospital

As the world navigates the new normal in line with safety regulations to prevent the widespread of the novel coronavirus, Chinese company- Chint, specialists in electrical products has announced its donation of over 10,000 masks to Paelon Memorial Hospital.

During the presentation on Wednesday 26th 2020, the Nigeria Country Manager, Michael Chen said; “Chint as part of its social responsibility, wanted to contribute to the fight against COVID-19 in Nigeria.

They were considering making a donation to an NCDC hospital, but they were advised by the Chinese embassy to donate to Paelon Memorial Hospital that they described as “not very big, but very professional”.

The initiative is part of the company’s efforts to cushion the widespread of the virus and augment the hospital’s resource in ensuring a safe environment in managing and curtailing the outbreak.

Established in April 2010, Paelon Memorial Hospital is a multi-specialist boutique hospital located in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos.

With an excellent track record in ten years of existence, Paelon Memorial Hospital earned the first Safe Care 5-star award in Africa for quality of care and quality improvement.
