“Effective February 1st, 2024, all trucks accessing the terminal will be required to have an active VBS appointment. Please take note of the following conditions that must be met for successful entry:
“Timely Appointments: All appointments must fall within the designated time slot. The terminal will not accept expired timeslots.
“Single Appointment Slip: Each driver should have only one appointment slip, even in the case of dual transactions involving both drop-off and pick-up. Both transactions must be indicated on a single appointment slip.
“Matching RFID Numbers: The RFID tag installed on the truck must match the RFID number on the appointment slip.
“Consistent Truck Information: The truck seeking entry must have a license that matches the license specified on the appointment slip.
“Accurate Driver Details: The driver’s name on the appointment slip must correspond to the name on the driver’s card.
“Access Revocation After Processing: Once we successfully process your appointment, we will grant you access to the truck park. Appointments that do not meet the specified conditions will be denied access.
