…Primeboy in police custody, insists Police never invited him
Prophetess Kehinde Osoba, the General Overseer of Apata Ayeriaye C & S Church, has reportedly relocated Mr Aloba, the father of late singer, Ileriolwa Promise Aloba (Mohbad) to Ikeja.
According to reports, the purported neglect of the singer’s dad prompted the initiative in moving him out of his Ikorodu residence.
She explained that well-meaning individuals who desired to reach out to Mr Aloba stayed away from Ikorodu out of concern for the gangs of street boys.
The prophetess went on to recount the incident involving Cute Abiola, OGB Recent, and others that were bullied by Ikorodu youths during Mohbad’s funeral.
Meanwhile, a now-viral video captured the father of the 27-year-old deceased artiste being given a haircut at a barbing salon.
The clip shared by Temiloa Sobola on Instagram held the caption: “Prophetess Osoba moved Mohbad’s dad from Ikorodu to Ikeja. It’s so obvious that people have neglected him.
“Forget his shortcomings, he sacrificed so much for his son. God bless you ma for this good deed.”
Instagram users unrestrained hit the comment section to affirm the Prophetess’ opinion, thanking her for the humanitarian act towards Imole’s dad and commended Mr Aloba for being a good father.
@haleemahtijjani said: “Thanks u ma, he was really neglected and accused of killing his bread winner.”

Imole will not die in vain.”
@acysesay stated: “He was there for his son even when none of us knew Mohbad as an artist so please let’s just leave everything to thy maker and allow justice to prevail sooner or later karma will take it full cause.”
@thefirstladyomorewa commented: “God bless him..he deserves to be in that house Imole mum is living in now, he truly raised him well, values and moral is seen in Imole’s life, he deserves to enjoy everything that boy has left behind to be honest … if not for those doing rubbish interviews with him, Nigerians will not throw ha*te on him like that because obviously they were pushing him to say those things to make Nigerians aware of the situation but not the right time to do such.. those interviews has cost this man the hate he’s getting ..but he’s a good father.”

Primeboy, a suspect in police net
On Thursday, October 5, the Lagos State Police Command announced that Owodunni Ibrahim aka Primeboy, had turned himself in to the authorities after being declared wanted.

Police never invited me- Primeboy
Nigerian singer and songwriter, Owodunni Ibrahim, aka Primeboy, has denied the accusation that he absconded from a police invite.
Before turning himself in, on Wednesday, Primeboy told TVC, that he was never invited by the police and that he sought to attend the police station to clear his reputation when people were branding him with the death of his late buddy.
He said: “I have never received a message of invitation from the police, it is a big lie that I did. Before this issue of declaring me wanted sprang up, I had wanted to explain myself at the station after people started accusing me of killing Mohbad.
“The people I reached out to including my lawyer advised that I should wait for a police invitation rather than going there to explain myself. So it was a shock to see that the police had declared me wanted for N1 million to anyone who knew my whereabouts.”
When asked whether he was with Mohbad on his last show and if they had a scuffle, Primeboy stated that they did have difficulties, but it was due to a misunderstanding he had with his wife when in the car with them on the day he travelled to Ikorodu.
He said: “He (Mohbad) was trying to alight from the car when the issue between him and his wife heated up. But I stopped him, advising that it wasn’t safe for him to do so since Zlatan was still performing. He then told me to come down from the car. And I did.
“I could tell that he was badly hurt from the way he was reacting that day.”
