Penvista Limited, a leading investment, travel and tour advisory firm is partnering with Secret Bay, a luxury real estate company in the Caribbean, to provide Nigerians with a variety of investment options.

Nigerians who were in attendance at the unveiling were informed about the various investment diversification options and available routes for second passports offered by Penvista at the corporate office of Penvista limited and attended by a representative of Secret Bay.

During the unveiling, Secret Bay representative stated, “Secret Bay is an award winning luxury Island resort in Dominica, offering both hotel services and permanent homes for customers.” He described Secret Bay as “one of the world’s most acclaimed eco-luxury resorts, offering a rare opportunity to own a sustainable luxury vacation home, as well as incomparable 5-star service, on one of the Caribbean’s most sparsely populated, environmentally conscious, and culturally rich Islands.”

He emphasised that interested Nigerians are welcome to take advantage of the Caribbean’s Citizenship by Investment program to diversify their wealth and obtain second passports, which are required for ease of doing business across different jurisdictions.

During the event, Joy Afegbua, MD/CEO of Penvista, stated that; “the Caribbeans continue to be one of the best options for Nigerians looking to invest abroad because it allows them to obtain second passports, diversify and preserve their wealth, and have visa-free access to over 140 countries.”
