Pure Water producers, ATWAP, announces increase in price of sachet water to N300 per bag .

The association said the price increase is due to high cost of raw materials.

There has been concerns for sometime on the rise in cost of nylons and other materials used in the production of sachet water.

The association had bemoaned this development and had raised the alarm on the planned increase. Finally this is being implemented as this will definitely affect the socio economic situation of the country as sachet water is one of the most affordable items of the common man.
