…Keyamo reacts on social media
President Bola Tinubu has withdrawn the nomination of Dr Mariam Shetty, a nominee from Kano State and replaced it with Mariya Mahmoud.
Also, the President nominated former spokesperson for the Bola Tinubu presidential campaign council, Festus Keyamo as minister.
Keyamo’s name as a ministerial nominee was announced on Friday.
President Bola Tinubu had on Wednesday sent an additional list of 19 nominees.
On Thursday that the ministerial nomination of Maryam Shetty from Kano State by President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday had continued to generate mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media, particularly, Twitter.
It was reported on Wednesday that Tinubu forwarded an additional 19 names of ministerial nominees to complement the previously sent 28-man nominees earlier.
Nomination excites Keyamo, reacts on social media
Following the Ministerial nomination of Festus Keyamo on Friday by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), (Delta) has expressed his feelings on social media.
Keyamo, a Former Minister of State for Labour and Productivity has expressed delight after he was nominated as a Minister.
Earlier reports states that President Tinubu forwarded the name of Keyamo, to the Senate for screening and confirmation as a Minister in his cabinet.
In the letter read during Senate plenary on Friday, Tinubu picked Keyamo as one of the two new nominees added to the second batch of ministerial nominees and replaced Dr Maryam Shetty with Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure from Kano without giving a reason for the action.
Excited by the nomination, Keyamo made an appreciation post on his verified Twitter handle.
He stated: “He’s a miracle-working God. He’s a miracle-working God.
“He’s the Alpha and Omega, He’s a miracle-working God!”
