It is one thing to schedule brunch out with the girls, or date night with bae. It is another thing to seek to give your guest a whole new experience! I found the story of a 3D dining experience offer by Dubai’s Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates that totally blew me away! I’ll tell you a bit about it.
It is called the Banquet of Hoshena. The table comes to life with 3D technology telling a story on the table as you eat your meal. One amazing description for dinner and a show, right? The experience takes you on a ride to see kings, queens, fairies and volcanoes come to life all while you fill your stomach.
They even have levitating dishes, talking plates, magic candles and more! Ok I don’t know how well this will sit with my Nigerian mother, but oh well!
As for the dishes, a special menu has been created for the occasion by food artist Omar Sartawi that promises a ‘bite of the universe’.
It certainly sounds a bit different from your standard bite out if you’d agree with me. I am definitely looking to explore this when I’m able to take a trip, but for now I’ll just head on grab a bit at my dear Mykonos on the Roof. Don’t worry, I’ll do a review soon!
