Thirty-five years old Solanke Kehinde, has pleaded not guilty before an Ogba Magistrate Court on Monday for allegedly buying a stolen Toyota Camry car at N350,000 from suspected armed robbers in Lagos Agege area of Lagos State.

According to police sources, although Kehinde succeeded in changing the documents of the stolen vehicle to reflect his own name, he was unable to prove he bought it.

While the suspect was only able to give the name of the seller as Mr. Samuel, the police found him culpable and impounded the vehicle as exhibit.

Kehinde was charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for conspiracy and receiving stolen property, where he pleaded not guilty to the allegations preferred against him.
