In the last decade, the global economy has recorded some incredible developments through information technology as the revolution of social media continues to change the society. From the board room to Social Media, Lagos based lifestyle content media strategist and entrepreneur, Ifedayo Agoro is one of Nigerians leading change through digital media, storytelling and community building.

The brain behind famed platform, “Diary of A Naija Girl” an online community that strategically inspires engagement through creative storytelling to Nigerians and about Nigerians,Ifedayo Agoro continues to mirror human realities and experiences.

Starting out as an anonymous blogger, Ifedayo was passionate about writing topical and controversial issues. Her desire further grew into an urgency to inspire and create a safe space which over the years has platformed into a brand known for its unbiased opinion pieces, conveyed in the most honest and relatable style.

Prior to these, Ifedayo worked in the oil and gas sector where she held roles ranging from administrative support to supply chain and head of commercial operations. She also established an Oil and Gas company, Rock Palmer Limited which has generated revenues worth over N10 billion.

She is the founder and creative lead of DANG NETWORK, a top inspirational, motivational and personal development blog cum media production company that has successfully created a growth-centred platform where empowerment, inspiration, advocacy, people and ideas are celebrated.

A solid advocate for women, her YouTube channel acts as a safe haven and encourages women- who are willing to share their experiences- to speak their truth on delicate issues ranging from domestic violence to mental health challenges and surrogacy.

In the coming weeks, Ifedayo is set to unveil the lifestyle arm of the DANG brand that produces and retails luxury Home Fragrances, Aromatherapy Solutions, Gift Sets and Personal Care products. With this, she may just have found her back to the boardroom albeit one that sits on positive impacts.
