WhatsApp messenger app has been restored by Meta, its parent company, hours after it was reported to be down across the globe.
Users across Nigeria and the world had complained in the morning of Tuesday that messages cannot be sent or received on the platform.
Two hours after the downtime, the app has been restored and messages can now be sent and received across WhatsApp.
