The Lagos State Government have discharged fifty-six (56) fully recovered COVID-19 patients to reunite with the society on Sunday, July 12, 2020, having tested negative to the virus twice.
This brings the total number of discharged persons in the state to 1897.
This was announced via a tweet on the official twitter handle of the Lagos State Ministry of Health @LSMOH.
While giving a breakdown of the recovered patients, the Ministry of Health said, 12 of the patients are females while 44 are males, including 9 foreign nationals.
“The patients; 25 from Gbagada, 5 from Agidingbi, 3 from Onikan, 8 from Eti-Osa (Landmark) and 15 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to Covid-19,” the statement explained.
