The Federal Government has, Thursday, postponed the resumption of international flights earlier scheduled to resume on Saturday August 29 to Saturday September 5 this year.
The Federal Ministry of Aviation made this announcement via its Twitter account on Thursday.
It tweeted, “Regret to announce that the international flight resumption earlier scheduled to resume on 29th August has been shifted to 5th September 2020.”
The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, had last Monday announced that international flights into and out of Nigeria would resume on August 29, however, told airline operators in a meeting on Monday that the airspace was likely to experience a delay against its initially announced August 29 date of resumption.
