FG to Recover 149 Landed Properties from Unathourised Persons in Ikoyi, Ikeja

FG to Recover 149 Landed Properties from Unathourised Persons in Ikoyi, Ikeja

The Federal Ministry of Justice through the Attorney-General of the Federation, Mr. Abubakar Malami, SAN, through an agent, has identified over 149 landed properties landed properties in Ikoyi, Ikeja among other areas in Lagos belonging to the Federal Government being occupied by unauthourised persons.

The 149 FG properties identified are in areas including, Mushin, Ikeja, Lekki, and over 120 in Ikoyi.

The ministry of justice had appointed an agent to identify and recover its landed properties within all the states of the federation currently being used and occupied by unauthorised persons who do not have the license or authority of the FG to occupy the properties.
