Job Description
Deliver on the Bank’s sales budget
Coordinate sales and marketing experience
Set, monitor, and report on team goals
Deploy strategies that increase Bank’s risk assets and liability target
Initiate customer retention strategies and behavior.
Qualification and Experience
A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a Microfinance Banking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
