The Lagos state governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has said that the Mother and Child Centres in Badagry and Epe will be ready for public use in a couple of weeks. This he said is to ensure that quality healthcare is made available to all.
This is contained in a couple of tweets shared by the Lagos state government to commemorate Sanwo-Olu first year in office.
According to the governor, “In the area of unhindered access to healthcare – which is the second pillar of our Agenda –we have commissioned two Mother and Child Centers (MCCs) at Eti-Osa and Igando respectively. For us, nothing should be spared to give Lagosians quality healthcare.
Sanwo-Olu stressed that the compassionate side of his government can best be captured by understanding the life-changing impact of the free medical interventions, adding that they will continue to undertake and bring succour to ailing residents of the state.
