In preparation of its by-election billed for Saturday October 31, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Lagos State chapter has on Tuesday begun screening exercise for aspirants at its secretariat, Adekunle Fajuyi Way, Ikeja GRA area of the state.
According to the PDP Spokesman Lagos, Taofik Gani, the by-elections are a sequel to demise of the representative of the Lagos East senatorial district, Adebayo Oshinowo, and the member that represented Kosofe state House of Assembly, Tunde Buraimoh.
While noting that four aspirants have obtained nomination form for the senatorial contest, two aspirants have obtained nomination form for the vacant seat of Kosofe Constituency II.
