Dignitaries at the occasion were the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General – Mr. Moyo Onigbanjo (SAN); Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs, Dr. Wale Ahmed; Justice of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice H.O.A Abiru; Hon. Justice S.B.A Candide-Johnson; Justice O.H Oshodi of the High Court of Lagos and Hon. Justice Olusola Williams, Retired Judge, High Court of Lagos.

The members of the Standing Tribunal are: Hon. Justice (Mrs). Titilola Ojikutu-Oshode (Rtd) – Chairman; Engr. Jimoh Folorunso Kazeem – member; Mrs. Mariam Bolanle Olaniyi – Member; Mr. Nojeeb Ola Agunbiade – member; and Chief Oladapo Akinshola – member.
