Four people have been killed on Tuesday in the early morning attack in Ketu and Lamgbasa Ajah as some unruly thugs allegedly hijacked the streets of Lagos.
While three were killed in Ketu, one person was killed in Ajah, as thugs vandalise vehicles and burgle shops in various areas in Lagos.
An officer was said to have shot a resident in Orile, who died on the spot. This, however, caused hoodlums to set the station ablaze.
Hoodlums have also taken over protest in Ajah, Lekki alternative routes like Maruwa and Pinnacle road, Amukoko, Orile Iganmu, Layeni, and Ijora areas of Lagos.
Some thugs who also attacked Motopol headquarters in Ikeja was with an attempt to pull down the gate but futile.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Olumuyiwa Adejobi said they were studying the situation and would react in due time.
