Nigeria’s leading luxury affinity marketing and business networking group has re-appointed the Managing Director of Robert Taylor Media, Ms. Bukky George-Taylor for a second tenure as the Director, Strategic Partnerships for Nigeria.
The global organisation, which was launched in the United Kingdom in 2007, established their Nigerian Network under the leadership of Ms. Cas Ojo in 2017. Since then the private members only group has had members such as Porsche, Deola Sagoe, The Wheatbaker Hotel, The Wells Carlton Hotel, Moet Hennessy, Seattle Residences, Robert Taylor Media, just to name a few.
The network was formed to create highly lucrative business partnerships between some of the Worlds premium brands and high-end service providers, thereby providing access to a wider pool of pre-qualified, high net worth clients.
The re-appointment was based on Ms. George-Taylor’s ability to create unique partnerships, facilitate growth, member experience and the ability to create marketing and communications tactics that align with the networks and member goals.
Bukky, who was first appointed in 2018 has worked with the network to define the face of the brand in the Nigerian Luxury Market. Since its inception, The Luxury Network Nigeria has facilitated some exciting collaborations, with brands such as Porsche, Harrods, Visa, UBA, Fidelity Bank, The Wheatbaker Hotel, Capital Club, Montaigne Place, Wells Carlton, the Financial Times, Roja Parfums, Bvlgari Hotel London, Bicester Village in Oxfordshire and more.
According to the Managing Director Cas Ojo, “As a Founder Member, Bukky has been a supporter of The Luxury Network since we launched in Nigeria, and it is lovely to be working with her again. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, she will drive a number of the high-level partnerships we have in the pipeline and we are delighted to have her join our dynamic team of senior luxury professionals, to create some brilliant projects in the coming months. The Luxury Network is in fantastic shape and the coming months will be our best yet.”
The network recently launched a new Membership programme, alongside an international Learning & Development programme, in partnership with the UK Department for International Trade, and will announce, its latest set of members since the pandemic on the 17th of June, 2021 at a private event.
